This is how we utilize it:
Twice a day, we squeeze the dropper top to fill the pipette with oil. Our droppers have measurements and we fill it to the .5 ml mark on the dropper.
(I personally take my 1st serving prior to eating in the morning, right after drinking water. Then I take my 2nd serving about 6-8 hours after my first serving)
How do we take it?
Drip the liquid under our tongue.
Hold for 60 seconds before swallowing.
Tip # 1 to maximize benefits: It is best to engage your olfactory system (sense of smell).
Similar to tasting wine, while the liquid is under your tongue, inhale gently through your mouth and exhale through your nose.
Tip # 2 to maximize benefits: PLEASE make sure to drink plenty of water.
